Yay! finished him! this is just a simple ref for now till I do a fully colored and textured one. But of course I did the eyes...I love eyes

Kibou is the sister of my recently posted next gen Flutura Ravel Chaos. Even though he was named after his father, ponies tend to have his middle name (Kibou) for his main title as having two Discord's was too annoying to deal with (You can guess that's Discords fault)

Just in case you haven't read my ref for Ravel, you should know that Discord and Fluttershy had a miscarriage before having Kibou, which is a meaning for hope. Read one shot here - www.fimfiction.net/story/28674… PS: was written a while ago so its a bit messy in grammar and spelling hehe. But working on sequel now and am much better

Anyways, Kibou was named that for when Fluttershy gave birth to him, he brought hope to them being able to have a family again.

As you can guess, he has a lot of his father in personality, only with some differences. For one he loves animals unlike Discord and his sister, Dislikes cotton candy or any type of sweets and enjoys the taste of salads and vinegar's.

As a foal he was crazy and out of control, and an expected trouble from his magic. Thankfully though his magic wasn't fully matured so it was easier to deal with. When he went to school, he seemed to become a completely different pony, as being around strangers at first he is shy and observant.

Of course the ponies were cautious about him, some even afraid, but over time they began to just keep there distance and mind themselves. But there were quite a bit of cases where Kibou would begin to randomly lose control of his magic and almost blow houses down. Discord had taught him how to control it, but it seemed after a bit of research from Twilight, any training would be hopeless.

As being a holder of chaos magic, it is completely unpredictable and for every one of its owners, it has a different way of to control and work it. They are still learning how his chaos magic works, but Twilight and Zecorra were able to have calming sessions with him that helped hold it back(they just recently learned that doing small acts of kindness and singing tends to help him in some ways but it's still unclear). As expected from not being very controlling of ones magic, it is not surprising to hear that he accidentally hurt a pony.

The school and the foals parents have all requested that Kibou be expelled in order to protect their loved ones, so Kibou had been transferred to home schooling. Kibou didn't think he was a monster or fear that his friends would hate him, but he would get depressed when no one wanted him around because all he could cause was destruction.

This almost lead to cutting sessions to help himself gain more control, but his father helped him get through the rough times and would often tell him stories of his past.

Kibou is a mommy's boy and tends to hang around her more than his dad, but he does loves his dad as equally, but his mom has always helped stay calm. Kibou has found himself enjoying the company of Twilight's daughter Zorra Elanor. Like her mother, she can contain his magic and even though she tends to get annoyed and frustrated whenever he pops in through her window and gives her a surprise attack, she doesn't mind his antics as he seems to entertain her in some way and enjoys hearing his voice.

(Later on Zorra and Kibou most likely will be my main couple that's cannon in my next gen AU)
